The quality of Ofmer machines is given by the totality of its components, and in order to keep their performance unchanged over time we recommend to our customers to replace consumables periodically.
Each model is equipped with two blades: one fixed and one movable.
The blades have 4 sides, and each has an average working life of 150 hours, bringing each blade to a useful life of 600 hours!
Rotate the blades every 150 working hours and replace them every 600 hours to maintain a 100% performance.

Each kit consists of two parts:
Performance Kit: schedule consumables replacement, such as blades and pins, to avoid incurring the following issues: - 19% of daily performance and productivity + 42% of motor effort and mechanical wear and tear + 15% of power consumption
